Exchange handling plan for non-defective products
When the product is not a quality issue (including minor flaws), the exchange will be handled according to the following discount for the same style in different colors or other styles:
Within 1 month of the order, the value will be calculated at 70%, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
Within 2 months of the order, the value will be calculated at 50%, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
Orders over 2 months will not be processed for after-sales.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500 or the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a custom style, returns and exchanges will not be processed.
About mixed batches
If the order is scattered, with one or two of each style and a small quantity of each style, due to the scattered styles ordered, matching and checking the goods will take a lot of time. Therefore, if there are colors out of stock, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style to fulfill the order total. Please be informed.
About shipping If you need to change the courier, please be sure to inform customer service to change the remarks when placing the order. If there are no remarks from customer service or self-remarks, the default courier will be used for shipping. Due to the large volume of shipments, orders placed before 16:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day if stock is sufficient. In case of insufficient stock, buyers will be notified via Wangwang or shipping may be delayed by 1-2 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
