Non-faulty product exchange handling plan
When the product is not a quality issue (including minor flaws), if an exchange is needed, it will be based on the following discount for exchanging the same style in different colors or other styles:
For orders within 1 month, the value will be calculated at 70%, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
For orders within 2 months, the value will be calculated at 50%, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
Orders exceeding 2 months will not be processed for after-sales.
When the exchange quantity exceeds 500 or the exchange quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a custom style, no return or exchange will be processed.
About mixed batches
If the order is scattered, with one or two of each style and a small quantity of each style, due to the scattered nature of the ordered styles, the time spent on matching and checking the goods is substantial. Therefore, if there are out-of-stock colors, we will increase the quantity of the same style or send other colors of the same style as substitutes to fulfill the total order quantity. About shipping If you need to change the courier, please be sure to inform customer service to change the remarks at the time of ordering. If there are no remarks from customer service or self-remarks, the default courier will be used for shipping. Due to the large volume of shipments, orders placed before 16:00 on the same day will be shipped on the same day if stock is sufficient. In case of insufficient stock, buyers will be notified via Wangwang or shipping may be delayed by 1-2 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
