Exchange Handling Plan for Non-Faulty Products
For products that are not quality issues (including minor defects), if an exchange is needed, the following discount will apply for exchanging the same model in different colors or other styles:
For orders within 1 month, the value will be calculated at 70%, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
For orders within 2 months, the value will be calculated at 50%, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
Orders over 2 months will not be processed for after-sales.
When the quantity of exchanges exceeds 500 or the quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a customized style, no return or exchange will be processed.
About Mixed Batch
If the order is scattered with one or two pieces of each style, due to the scattered nature of the ordered styles, it takes a lot of time to check and match the goods. Therefore, if there are colors out of stock, we will increase the quantity of the same model or send other colors of the same model to fulfill the order total. Please be informed.
About Shipping If you need to change the courier, please be sure to inform customer service to change the remarks when placing the order. If there are no remarks from customer service or self-remarks, the default courier will be used for shipping. Due to the large volume of shipments, orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped on the same day if stock is sufficient.
