Regarding return and exchange instructions:

Before you receive the goods: Please be sure to check whether the outer packaging is intact and confirm that there are no signs of damage or abnormalities before accepting the goods; if the outer packaging of the carton is damaged, please check the goods promptly before the courier leaves. Plan One: If the received watch is damaged or has quality issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods. Due to the very low profit margin of small wholesale, for products with quality issues under 500 yuan, the return shipping cost will be shared equally by both parties. Please notify us before sending it back, and pack the product well. The buyer will initially pay for the return shipping cost, and once we receive and verify it is correct, we will reimburse 10 yuan for the shipping cost to Alipay.

Plan Two: If the received watch is damaged or has quality issues, and the quantity is one or two, please accumulate them. On the same day you receive the goods, notify online customer service, send us pictures of the damaged products, or describe the quality issues to us. Our colleagues will register it for you. When the accumulated damage reaches around 200 yuan, please send them back at once. The watches you send back will be included in your next order. Please notify us before sending it back, and pack the product well. Pay for the shipping cost first, and once we receive and verify it is correct, we will reimburse 10 yuan for the shipping cost to Alipay.

Plan Three: For man-made damage, we can only assist with repairs. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. For issues related to the movement, we will assist with repairs for free. For parts that need to be replaced, we will charge corresponding fees based on different parts. If you find this hard to accept or only want to order once, please choose carefully, as when you choose a supplier, we are also choosing customers. We only want to select long-term cooperative customers.

Plan Four: For drop shipping customers, except for shipping errors, we will uniformly bear and reimburse 10 yuan for shipping costs. All other after-sales risks will be borne by the drop shipping customers themselves, supporting a seven-day no-reason return and exchange policy. The goods are guaranteed to be brand new for full refund, and for items affecting secondary sales, we will deduct corresponding depreciation fees based on different parts. The shipping costs for sending out and returning will be borne by the drop shipping customers.
