1) Since this is wholesale, it is impossible to check every product, and there may be some defective items. If you receive any, please temporarily store them with you. When you accumulate more than 10, please return them to us, and the shipping cost will be borne by the seller.
2) If the customer receives fewer than 10 items and requests a return, they can be sent back, but the shipping cost must be borne by the buyer. Buyers who cannot accept the above handling methods, please do not place an order to avoid unpleasant cooperation.
3) Especially for customers in remote areas, shipping costs are high, and the shipping costs for products may exceed the value of the items themselves. If you cannot accept the above, please do not place an order. When you choose a supplier, we are also selecting potential long-term cooperative customers. Thank you to all buyers!

Return handling plan for non-defective products
If the product is not a quality issue (including minor flaws) and needs to be exchanged, the following discount will apply for exchanging the same model in different colors or other styles:
Within 1 month of the order, a 30% discount based on the product value will be calculated, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
Within 2 months of the order, a 50% discount based on the product value will be calculated, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer;
Orders over 2 months will not be processed for after-sales service.
When the number of exchanges exceeds 500 or the exchange quantity exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is a custom style, no return or exchange will be processed.
About mixed batches
If the order is scattered, with one or two of each style and a small quantity of each model, due to the scattered styles ordered, it will take a lot of time to check and match the goods. Therefore, if there are out-of-stock colors, we will increase the quantity of the same model or send other colors of the same model to fulfill the order total. Please be informed.
About shipping If you need to change the courier, please be sure to inform customer service to change the note when placing the order. If there is no note from customer service or a self-made note, the default courier will be used for shipping. Due to the large volume of shipments, orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped on the same day if stock is sufficient. In case of insufficient stock, we will notify the buyer via Wangwang or delay shipping by 1-2 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
